Senior ETL & BI Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL & BI Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL processes, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions and insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities

ETL Development & Data Engineering

· Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from multiple sources

· Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems

· Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability

· Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues

 Data Warehousing

· Develop and maintain data warehouse schemas.

· Work with large datasets in cloud-based data platforms

· Implement data governance and best practices

 BI Reporting & Analytics

· Design and develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

· Translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations and KPIs

· Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making

 Stakeholder Collaboration

· Work closely with business teams to gather reporting requirements

· Communicate insights and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

· Provide guidance on data usage and reporting best practices

 Leadership & Mentorship

· Mentor junior analysts and developers

· Review code and ensure adherence to best practices

· Lead small to mid-sized data projects

 Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field

· 5+ years of experience in ETL development and BI reporting

· Strong SQL skills with experience across relational databases and modern cloud data warehouses (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Snowflake, BigQuery).

· Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, dbt, Talend, SSIS)

· Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

· Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and modeling techniques.

 Preferred Experience

· Experience building data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

· Hands-on experience with distributed processing frameworks like Spark.

· Strong scripting skills in Python for ETL/ELT and automation.

· Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for data pipelines.

· Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
